Freight & Delivery

Tile ships heavy. Most orders are fulfilled via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight on pallets. Here is what to expect:

• Freight quotes — Shipping costs vary by order size, weight, and destination. Use the freight quote form on any product page to request a delivered price before you order.
• Delivery — LTL deliveries are curbside by default. Liftgate service is available upon request. Inside delivery and job-site delivery can be arranged — ask us when requesting your quote.
• Lead times — In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. We will confirm availability and estimated transit time with your freight quote.
